We are presently waiting for planning permission to convert our existing offices and workshop into smaller workshops/offices, we will have
- 5 units at 72m.sq. (775 ft.sq.)
- 1 storage unit at 36m.sq (387 ft.sq. )
- At this stage it may be possible to tailor the unit size to suit your requirements
- Rent is likely to be in the region of £100 per week for the large units and £45 per week for the storage unit.

We are able to offer one of the units with our existing woodworking machinery.
We have - Griggio sliding table panel saw, spindle moulder, planer/thicknesser and a Wadkin chisel morticer. We can either agree a rental arrangement or may sell.
